If you forget your password, you can either contact us, or visit the Home page, select the Log In option and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and enter your email address to request a new password.
For each activity or survey, you will receive an invitation by email to participate. All community research activities will be conducted online. All you need to do is click on the link and get started. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link will also appear on the community site under the Surveys page.
Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify surveys that look like a match based on your profile, but sometimes we’re not 100% sure and we’ll need to ask you questions in the survey to see if you qualify. In cases when you do not fit the criteria, we will try and notify you quickly and release you from completing any more of that survey.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per month. There will also be new Quick Polls posted to the site.
On average, our surveys are approximately 10-15 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary, and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us page, form or send an email to support@legovidiyocommunity.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

We collect some personal data about each member for a number of reasons:
- It enables us to invite you to our research activities (surveys, discussion forums and/ or poll questions) and also to communicate with you about your rewards.
- It enables us to contact you with surveys that are specifically relevant to you and your lifestyle.
- It helps us to analyze the survey data by different categories such as gender, age or the region consumers live in.
For most surveys and activities, you will be awarded points that can be redeemed for gifts online after you have accumulated a minimum of 500 points.

Yes, points that have not been redeemed will expire within 18 months from the earned date.
